Legal Contract Binding

When a client purchases a service from Pixel N Bloom, they agree to the Legal Contract Binding, which includes managing responses to legal notices related to Trademark Services, Patents, and Lawsuits. If a client decides to close their business, they must submit the necessary cancellation documents to remove their legal name from business records officially. This process protects the business owner from any legal liabilities associated with the infringing business name. Failure to provide the cancellation documents means that Pixel N Bloom will not be held responsible for any legal damages or issues that arise due to the infringement.

If you choose to engage with our services, we may collect additional personal information, such as your name, address, email address, and phone number. We may also collect information about your business, including your business name, industry, and other relevant details.

Revision Policy

The number of revisions allowed depends on the package you select, and you may request up to the specified number of revisions included in your package details. We are committed to delivering the best service and will continue revising until your needs are fully met. You will not be charged extra if the design concepts remain unchanged. Revisions will be delivered within 48 hours.

Please note that any changes or revisions requested after the designs have been finalized will be considered a new order and incur additional charges.

Refund Policy

Pixel N Bloom maintains a strict no-refund policy under the following conditions:

• You have chosen a special package.
• The primary design concept has been approved.
• You have requested revisions.
• Cancellation is due to reasons unrelated to the company.
• The company has not been contacted for more than 2 weeks during the project.
• Company policies have been violated.
• Another company or designer has been approached for the same project.
• The creative brief lacks the required information.
• A complete design change has been demanded.
• The refund request was made after the allowed time period.
• The business is closing, changing its name, or changing its nature.
• Reasons such as “change of mind,” “disagreement with partner,” or any other reasons unrelated to the service are not eligible for refunds.
• For service bundles, if dissatisfied with one service, refunds apply only to that specific service, not the entire bundle.
• Refunds will not be granted after 7 days from the date of purchase.
• Services, including but not limited to Social Media Marketing/Management, SEO, Domain Registration, and Email Hosting, are non-refundable.
• For websites, refunds will not be entertained once the design has been approved and sent for development.
• Refund requests will not be accepted once the logo or website designs are approved.
• A partial refund (up to 25%) may be available if the client fails to provide the initial brief for logo/web design within 10 days of placing the order.
• Refunds will not be processed after final delivery and client approval of files.

Note:Pixel N Bloom reserves the right to reject any project or cancel a contract at its discretion. After a refund is issued, the client forfeits all rights to use the designs, which remain the sole property of Pixel N Bloom.

Important: After a refund has been issued, you will no longer hold any rights to the designs submitted by Pixel N Bloom. All associated materials will be filed with the appropriate government copyright agencies to ensure legal ownership remains with [Brand Name].
